The new feature "Join a Teams call" is now generally available and enabled by default, making it more convenient for users to connect with their customers. This feature allows users to invite customers to join Teams calls without requiring any administrator configuration. As a result, administrators no longer have to toggle any settings to enable this feature. With this release, the feature is available to all Dynamics 365 Customer Service users, encouraging more widespread adoption. To learn more about the feature, click here.
