Microsoft Purview compliance portal: new role added for built-in Compliance Administrator, Organization Management, Purview Administrators role groups

Microsoft Purview has added a new role to its built-in role groups, namely the Compliance Administrator, Organization Management, and Purview Administrators, to prepare for upcoming features and capabilities. This addition will not affect the current capabilities of these role groups but will enable admins in these groups to manage Purview resources within Purview administrative unit scopes in the future. As a unified solution for managing data security, governance, compliance, and privacy across an organization's landscape, this change will allow for more efficient resource management. The General Availability Release for this product is set for June CY2024, and it is available on web cloud instances like GCC, Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), DoD, and GCC High.
