Microsoft Online Services Subprocessor List
Microsoft has updated its Online Services Subprocessor List, which includes the non-Microsoft organizations that may be used to provide online services. These organizations may process customer data or personal data to deliver the services Microsoft has retained them for, but they are prohibited from using the data for any other purpose. As required by GDPR, Microsoft discloses these subprocessors in advance and notifies of any changes over time. The disclosure of Online Services Subprocessors and any changes can be found on the Microsoft Trust Center or through the MyLibrary feature on the Service Trust Portal. Global Administrators can also designate a Message Center Privacy Reader Role for automatic notification within Message Center.
Stay informed about these changes by checking the Microsoft Trust Center or subscribing to updates through the Service Trust Portal.
