Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Adaptive Protection

Microsoft Purview's Adaptive Protection is a cutting-edge capability that utilizes machine learning models from Insider Risk Management to assign Data Loss Prevention policies to users based on their risk profiles. Insider Risk Management evaluates various signals to identify potential insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations, allowing customers to create policies that better manage security and compliance. With privacy at the forefront, Microsoft Purview ensures user-level privacy by pseudonymizing users by default and employing role-based access controls and audit logs. This new feature is set to become available during the preview release phase of December CY2023 and has a preview date of February CY2023. It is accessible to users on the web cloud instance and the worldwide platform.
