Download History Functionality available on Service Trust Portal (STP)
Microsoft has introduced a new feature on its Service Trust Portal (STP) called "My Download History". This feature enables users to view and export a download history of documents from STP downloaded within the last 18 months. The history includes information such as document title, download date, and document status (live, newer version or deleted). Users can export the full download history to a CSV file. This feature is available now and will not impact organizations negatively. Users may update their training and documentation as appropriate.
