Saved items availability in New Teams
If you use Microsoft Teams, it's important to note that New Teams does not currently have a Saved feature, unlike Classic Teams, where it exists. However, in the coming months, users will have the option to download Classic Teams saved items to a document with hyperlinks to open them. Additionally, a new and improved Saved feature is planned to come into New Teams next year.
This means that users who switch from Classic Teams to New Teams will not be able to view their Saved content. To see these items, they can switch back to Classic Teams. If you're an organization that uses Microsoft Teams, you may consider updating your training and documentation as appropriate to ensure a smooth transition between the two versions of Teams when using the Saved feature.
Stay tuned for future updates and developments regarding the availability of the Saved feature in New Teams.
