Deploy your Frontline Operational hierarchy in the Teams Admin Center

The Teams Admin Center is set to receive a new feature that will allow admins to map their organization's frontline teams and locations to a hierarchical structure. This will enable the definition of metadata for each team or location, ranging from brand information to departmental information.

With the operational hierarchy and metadata in place, admins will be able to take advantage of numerous frontline apps and experiences, such as task publishing and more, which are expected in the future. The rollout of this feature is expected to be completed in February 2024 in the Teams Admin Center.
