Microsoft Teams: Deploy your frontline operational hierarchy in the Teams Admin Center

If you use Microsoft Teams for your organization, this new feature is going to be of interest to you. The Teams Admin Center now allows admins to deploy their frontline operational hierarchy using a mapped structure of frontline teams/locations. The feature also allows for defining attributes of teams, such as department and brand information. These attributes, along with the operational hierarchy, will enable the use of frontline apps and experiences such as task publishing and other capabilities coming soon.

This new feature is part of Microsoft Teams' general availability release in February CY2024 and is available on the web cloud instance worldwide. By taking advantage of this new capability, admins can better organize their frontline teams within Teams and enhance communication and collaboration between teams.
