Outlook: Grant mail delegate sharing permissions from the new Outlook
With the new Outlook app, you can easily grant delegate access for mailbox and folders, and view the permissions granted for them. This feature is now generally available to Outlook users on the web, with a global release date of July CY2025. By granting delegate access, users can assign others to manage their mailbox and folders, which can be especially helpful for those who need assistance in managing their email. The permissions granted can be viewed within the app, making it easier to manage and monitor access to your mailbox and folders.
