Outlook: Time Suggestions Update
Outlook is set to undergo an update in the way suggested meeting times are displayed. The feature will now require a switch to be enabled, labeled as "Find a time", to show suggested times being removed as the default view. Enabling the toggle will then present users with an availability view to help them find a suitable time with greater clarity on everyone's availability. This update is expected to be available in the new Outlook for Windows and web.
