Outlook: Follow a meeting in new Outlook for Windows and web
Outlook has a new feature called "Follow" which is a meeting response option that goes beyond the traditional Accept, Tentative, and Decline. It is meant for people who have high meeting loads and multiple conflicting meetings each day, allowing them to stay engaged and receive information about meetings they cannot attend. Other attendees will be able to see if someone is following a meeting. This feature will be available in the new Outlook for Windows and Outlook on the web. The release date is set for March CY2024 and the roadmap ID is 154557. More information can be found on the Microsoft website.
