Outlook: Updated work hours and location experience in the new Outlook for Windows and web
Microsoft has updated the work hours and location experience in the new Outlook for Windows and web, providing users with a daily peek feature. With this update, users can click on their work location icon on the calendar to change their work location, view others who will be in the office, or receive suggestions to help manage their workday. This feature will be available on the new Outlook for Windows and the web. The updated location will reflect across Microsoft 365, including Teams and profile cards, and users can also update their location from Teams, which will stay in sync with Outlook. Furthermore, there's a new location type, "out-of-office," that will automatically sync with users' out-of-office calendar appointments. This update is generally available and can be accessed on the desktop cloud instance worldwide (standard multi-tenant), GCC High, and DoD.
Stay organized with these new features and stay tuned for further updates!
