SharePoint: SharePoint site content & policy comparison using AI
In SharePoint, AI is being used to compare the contents and policies of different sites and ensure secure operation. With the ability to identify sites with similar files and policies, admins can now compare the contents of a selected site with all other sites, determine how similar the content is, and then compare the settings. This helps administrators implement identical/similar policies for similar sites all at once. The feature is currently in preview release, with the official release scheduled for November CY2024. It is available on the web/cloud platform for the worldwide (standard multi-tenant) instance. The roadmap ID for this feature is 415167 and can be accessed via the link given.
