Microsoft Teams: Meeting join and extension enhancements for Teams Rooms on Android
Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android has enhanced its meeting join and extension capabilities, enabling users to easily start and join meetings using the 'Meet' button or meeting ID and passcode. In addition, users can extend a current room reservation within a meeting.
This update is now generally available on the Android platform for Microsoft Teams and will be released worldwide on April CY2023. The roadmap for this feature can be found at https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?featureid=119621.
