Microsoft Teams has introduced a new feature that allows meeting organizers to manage access to meeting artifacts such as transcripts, recordings, AI-generated recaps, and Copilot. Organizers can choose from three options for attendees to access the artifacts: People with existing access, Organizers and Co-organizers, or Specific People. With this new feature, organizers can now have better control over who can access and share meeting artifacts, ensuring confidentiality and privacy are maintained.

The feature is generally available and was released in June CY2024. It is available on the Android platform and in Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) cloud instances. With this new feature, Microsoft Teams continues to enhance its collaboration tools, making it easier and more secure for users to collaborate and communicate remotely.
