Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Information Protection – New cmdlet for Content Explorer (U.S. Government clouds)

Microsoft's Purview compliance portal has received a new cmdlet in Security & Compliance PowerShell to address the limitation of the Content Explorer Export feature. The new cmdlet, Export-ContentExplorerData, allows admins to export all rows of data for the content that are scanned and shown on the Content Explorer, eliminating the need to drill down to specific locations. This update is now available in U.S. Government clouds, including GCC, GCC High, and DoD instances. The release date for this update is August CY2023. This enhancement is expected to empower admins to be more efficient and effective in managing risk and compliance for their organizations.
