Microsoft Outlook: Reset People suggestions
Microsoft Outlook is introducing a new feature called "Reset People Suggestions," which allows users to reset, export, and opt-out of people suggestions. This feature will be available in Outlook on the web and the new Outlook for Windows, and it will sync with the Microsoft 365 My Account privacy settings. The rollout is set to begin in early August 2024 and is expected to be completed by late August 2024. After the rollout, users will be able to reset, export, and/or opt-out of People Suggestions from Outlook on the web and the new Outlook for Windows Privacy and data settings, and the setting will stay in sync with the Privacy configuration in My Account. This rollout will happen automatically by the specified date. No admin action is required before the rollout. This feature will be associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 98137. To modify the behavior of People Suggestions, users can go to Microsoft Outlook, Settings, General, Privacy and data, Suggested people.
