Microsoft Teams: Presenter window usability improvements in screen sharing
Microsoft Teams has greatly improved its screen sharing functionality with the introduction of the new Presenter window. With controls conveniently located at the top, the Presenter window ensures that active speakers' faces remain clearly visible to the audience during screen sharing sessions. Additionally, the window has a feature that raises hand notifications, thereby enhancing audience engagement.
This update is set to be rolled out globally in January CY2023 for Mac users on the Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) Cloud Instance, and promises to offer better control and improved usability to Microsoft Teams users.
