Microsoft Teams: Presenter window enhancements while screensharing
Microsoft Teams is introducing enhancements to the presenter window that will improve the screensharing experience. These enhancements include showing up to four participants, active speakers, raised hands, reactions, and previews of shared content. Meeting notifications will also be more visible in the central area of the screen. These changes will make it easier to engage with other attendees during screensharing and improve awareness of what's happening in the meeting. The rollout of these enhancements is expected to occur by mid-June 2024 and no preparation is needed from users. So if you use Microsoft Teams, get ready for a more engaging and efficient screensharing experience.
