Microsoft Teams: Meeting Toolbar Usability Improvements
The Microsoft Teams meeting toolbar has received a usability upgrade, substantially improving navigation and feature discovery. The upgraded toolbar allows for easy switching between views and provides dedicated buttons for raising hands. The More menu is now easily navigable, with sub-menu groupings aiding accessibility. The new View button allows for seamless switching between gallery, together mode, and other viewing options. The preview rollout is scheduled for early January, with GA and GCC releases scheduled for mid to late February. No preparation is needed for this update, but updating training materials to reflect these improvements may be advisable.
