Microsoft Teams: Improved Shared Line Experience
Microsoft Teams has recently improved its Shared Line Appearance feature to enhance users' experience with call delegation. This feature allows delegators to share phone lines with delegates, enabling the latter to view and handle calls on behalf of the former. The Teams mobile app now has a new UI and a dedicated Shared Line Appearance tab that simplifies the management and monitoring of delegator lines and delegates. The update is expected to roll out from late August 2023 to early September 2023 and will provide an easier way to manage and monitor users' bosses or admins. To access this feature, users are advised to update their Microsoft Teams to the latest version.
