Microsoft Teams: Embed support for Teams town hall

Microsoft Teams has introduced a new feature allowing users to embed town hall events in their managed sites, including engagement tools such as Q&A and captions within the embed player for a more interactive experience. By adding the unique embed code obtained from the town hall scheduling template, organizers can integrate the town hall events into their SharePoint or Microsoft 365 sites. The rollout is expected to start in early October 2024 with full availability by late November 2024, under Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 401120. Attendees will have the same engagement access features on the embed player as they do on the client, with reactions, captions, and Q&A features. Organizers need to prepare to implement the embed code once it's released. This feature is part of Microsoft Teams' broader effort to enable customers to create, manage, and host large-scale events effectively.
