Microsoft Teams: Co-organizer updates in town hall
Microsoft Teams has rolled out a new update which allows co-organizers to manage town hall events in a more efficient manner. Co-organizers can now edit the event details, publish or cancel the event, and essentially carry out the same functions as the organizer. This update comes as part of Microsoft's effort to improve the overall experience of Microsoft Teams users.
This update is currently available worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) on the web cloud platform. It was released on February CY2024 and is now in the General Availability release phase. The road map ID for this update is 377703 and more details can be found on the Microsoft website.
To sum up, this new update makes it much easier for co-organizers to manage town hall events in Microsoft Teams and contributes to the platform's goal of delivering an enhanced user experience.
