OneDrive/SharePoint Share Control – Simplifying Link Settings
If you're an avid user of OneDrive/SharePoint, we have some good news for you. A new update is coming soon that will simplify link settings and provide users with useful tooltips, definitions and clearer language to better select link type and permissions before they share files or folders with their coworkers. Additionally, there will be an at-a-glance view of all collaborators who have access, providing even more granular control.
If you're a Targeted Release user, you can expect to see these changes in early November, with an expected completion date of mid-November. Standard Release users will start to see these changes in mid-November, with an expected completion date of early December. Make sure to update your users and appropriate documentation if needed.
