Microsoft Outlook: Copy meeting attendee responses to clipboard
Outlook is introducing a new feature that will allow users to copy meeting attendees' responses to the clipboard. This feature will be available on Outlook for Windows and the web in mid-September 2024 for Targeted Release and mid-October 2024 for General Availability. The rollout does not require any admin action. Users can copy a list of meeting attendees and their response status, including attending, declined, or no response. This feature will be located in the Tracking section of the meeting invitation. The feature is on by default and is available to all Outlook users. Users can view the responses of meeting attendees but cannot copy them before this rollout. This feature equips users with the ability to view and share information that could prove valuable for their work.
