Outlook: Global Address List updates in new Outlook for Windows and Outlook on the Web
Outlook for Windows and Outlook on the Web are receiving updates to their Global Access List search and browse experiences. Users may need to type in more characters to refine their search in some cases, and there will be some visual improvements in the error messaging. Additionally, the suggestion dropdown picker in the To/Cc/Bcc lines can be used to find recipients.
The changes will be released in November 2023 and will be available on the worldwide (standard multi-tenant), GCC, DoD, and GCC High platforms. For more information, visit the Microsoft 365 Roadmap.
