Outlook: Conditional Formatting in New Outlook for Windows and Web

Outlook users can now make messages that meet specific criteria stand out in their message list with the help of conditional formatting. By using different font colors, users can create custom conditions for incoming messages, such as a particular sender's name or email address. This feature is available on both the new Outlook for Windows and the web, allowing for a more organized and personalized inbox experience. The update was made available on December CY2023 and can be accessed worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) on desktop and cloud instances. For more information on this feature ID 167976, visit the Microsoft 365 Roadmap page.
