SharePoint: Page Sharing Feature

With the new SharePoint page sharing feature, users will be able to share individual pages and news posts in SharePoint sites, without the need to share the entire site. This feature will respect all sharing settings at the site and tenant level, making sharing easier and more flexible. It will replace the current "Send to" option with a "Share" option, and will be governed by existing site and organization level file sharing settings. The page editor or site owner can now share just the page with specific users or the entire organization. This page sharing feature will be available only for modern SharePoint site home pages, news posts, and pages.
The feature is expected to roll out in mid to late August 2023, with all users having a uniform experience once the rollout is complete. It is recommended that users are informed of the upcoming feature to prepare them for the change.
Overall, this new SharePoint page sharing feature will greatly enhance the sharing capabilities of SharePoint sites, allowing for greater customization and flexibility in sharing individual pages and news posts.
