Microsoft Loop: Guest Sharing

Microsoft Loop: Guest Sharing

In an upcoming update, Microsoft Loop will allow for business-to-business (B2B) guest sharing for workspaces, pages, and components. This feature will be subject to administrator policy and will automatically be rolled out in 2024. Sensitivity labels for Loop workspaces, pages, and components will be introduced in H1 2024, following which rollouts for tenants with sensitivity labels configured will begin. This new feature will enable Loop workspaces, pages, and components to be shared with people outside your tenant via B2B guest sharing, as long as your OneDrive and SharePoint sharing settings permit it. Guest sharing of Loop workspaces, pages, and components depends on your SharePoint admin center settings and the configuration of B2B invitation managers in your tenant. Note that while pages and components can be shared outside your tenant via specific share links, guest users cannot create Loop workspaces. If you are an administrator, you may want to inform your users about this upcoming change.
