Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management – SharePoint site selection enhancement

Insider Risk Management admins can now fine-tune their policies in this update to Microsoft Purview compliance portal by prioritizing or excluding specific SharePoint sites. This feature allows admins to add priority sites or block certain sites when creating Insider Risk Management policies to detect potential insider risks such as security breaches, data leakage, and IP theft. With a privacy-by-design approach, users are anonymized by default, and audit logs and role-based access controls are in place to protect user privacy.
