Microsoft Viva Engage: New features for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption community

Microsoft Viva Engage is getting a host of new features tailored to enhance the experience of network admins and corporate communicators looking to facilitate the rollout and adoption of Copilot within their organizations. One of the key new features is the addition of suggested content covering timely Copilot updates and best practices, which can be accessed by community admins to prepare, train, and roll out Copilot features to end users.

Another useful feature is the Answers Intelligent Importer, which leverages AI to generate Q&A pairs from the content in documents, allowing admins to easily upload documents and FAQs into the community, share knowledge, and upskill their employees. Microsoft Viva Engage already serves as a bustling community of practice where employees can seek support from both peers and IT admins and share best practices.
