Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Communication Compliance – Enhanced investigation and remediation experience

Microsoft Purview introduces new enhancements to facilitate quicker and better-informed actions on policy matches for designated Communication Compliance admins and investigators. These enhancements include bulk policy exports, interactive how-to demos, and additional context around policy settings and flagged keywords and conditions. With Communication Compliance, organizations can identify regulatory compliance violations related to sensitive or confidential information, threatening language, and adult content sharing. The solution is designed with privacy in mind, ensuring that usernames are pseudonymized by default, access controls are role-based, and audit logs are in place. This preview release is set for August CY2023, with a preview date of June CY2023, and will be available on the web-based cloud platform worldwide.
