Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Communication Compliance – Enhanced investigation and remediation experience

Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance has introduced enhancements to its investigation and remediation workflows, aimed at helping designated investigators take quicker and better-informed actions on policy matches. These enhancements include bulk policy exports, interactive how-to demos, and additional context around policy settings and keywords/conditions flagged in a policy. The Communication Compliance tool helps organizations detect regulatory compliance violations and features privacy-focused options such as pseudonymized usernames by default, role-based access controls, and audit logs to ensure user-level privacy. These enhancements will be available to designated Communication Compliance admins and investigators with appropriate role-based access control permissions.
