Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Communication Compliance -Ability to leverage policy scope insights (preview)

Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance is an upcoming tool that allows designated administrators to take advantage of policy scope insights. This feature will enable customers to view policy scope insights, which show the aggregated volume of users who match a policy condition but are not scoped into a policy. The tool is expected to roll out for public preview beginning in late July and should be complete by mid-August. Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance is built with privacy in mind, featuring pseudonymized usernames by default, role-based access controls, admin-opted investigators, and audit logs to preserve user-level privacy. The tool is designed to detect regulatory compliance violations such as sharing of sensitive or confidential information, harassing or threatening language, and sharing of adult content. Access to the Communication Compliance solution will be available in the Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal. No action is required to prepare policy scope insights.
