Microsoft Teams: Teams calendar – Muti window experience for scheduling form for Government

Microsoft Teams: Teams calendar – Muti window experience for scheduling form for Government

Microsoft Teams continues to find innovative ways to improve the user experience with its new feature - the multi-window experience for scheduling forms. In the current version of Teams, it is not possible to work on a file, chat or activity while managing time on the calendar. Users have to switch between apps, and this can lead to losing context/data. In response to user feedback, the scheduling form can now be popped out as a separate window, allowing users to access it while creating or editing a meeting. Furthermore, there have been improvements to the calendar, making it faster to load. While the complete calendar app cannot be popped out as a new window in this version, Teams is looking to introduce this feature in the future.

This new feature is especially relevant for the Government platform, where users can now enjoy the benefits of this new multi-window experience. Stay up-to-date with future version releases that promise even more improvements and features to make managing time on Teams a seamless, hassle-free experience.

Stay tuned for more exciting updates from Microsoft Teams.
