Improved Frontline Workers Availability Preferences

This post highlights significant upgrades to FLW Availability Preferences, catering to the preferences of frontline workers who often juggle personal commitments alongside specific work-time preferences. With the latest feature, shifts can be assigned by frontline managers by seamlessly reviewing availability preferences set up by FLWs, including recurring days and calendar dates. The system automatically removes expired dates while users can also manually delete unwanted dates. This update, associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 156952, will be rolled out from mid-January 2024 to late January 2024. While there's nothing to prepare for these changes, notifying frontline workers about the updates is an option.
