Introducing Left Navigation Customization on Microsoft365.com

Introducing Left Navigation Customization on Microsoft365.com

Microsoft365.com is introducing a new feature that allows users to customize the apps on the left navigation, giving them more control and flexibility over frequently accessed apps. This feature will allow users to add and remove apps to the left navigation from the Apps page and pin the specific apps they want. The current set of default apps on the app bar will be removed as part of this feature and admins will not be able to manage or override the user's app choices. The roll-out process for this feature will begin in early October 2023 and end by mid-December 2023. No specific preparation is required for this change and any necessary training and documentation can be updated as appropriate.

Overall, this feature is meant to improve the user experience on Microsoft365.com by giving individual users more control over the apps they use most frequently.
