SharePoint app bar – Temporary window to disable is extended

The SharePoint app bar serves as a platform to enhance your global wayfinding experience and view personalized content effortlessly. However, some clients may want to disable the app bar temporarily for various reasons. Microsoft previously provided an option to disable the app bar until September 30th, 2022, but have now decided to extend the temporary disabling of the app bar until March 31, 2023. After the extended deadline, the disabled app bar will only remain disabled for up to one year, after which it will be available again by default. This change has implications for organizations that need to keep the app bar disabled and should prepare accordingly.
