REMINDER: Upcoming Changes to Customization Controls in Viva Pulse In-App Experience
This post serves as a reminder to take note of upcoming changes to customization controls in Viva Pulse In-App Experience. Currently, there are two customization controls which will be merged into one. This new control will allow employees to edit stock questions and create their own, turning all customization capabilities ON or OFF. This change is set to roll out by late September 2023. It is important for organizations to determine whether they want customization capabilities turned ON or OFF so they can prepare accordingly. Organizations that want customization capabilities should ensure that the 'New Questions' control is set to 'ON', while those who do not should turn it 'OFF'. Be aware that the new customization control will be set to the value of the 'New Questions' control at the time of change. Plan accordingly to avoid any disruptions in your operations.
