Copilot Prompt Gallery Updates at Ignite

The Copilot Prompt Gallery (formerly known as Copilot Lab) has introduced new features to enhance the value of AI engagement within organizations. The product name has been updated to promote clarity of purpose and functionality, and to align with the enhancements based on customer feedback. Users can now save and share prompts with co-workers using the Microsoft 365 Copilot Business Chat, with the ability to share these prompts via a copy link or email from Copilot Prompt Gallery in the works. Furthermore, Copilot Prompt Gallery now supports prompts for agents, allowing users to discover and use agent prompts provided by their organization customized to specific roles, functions, and tasks. Later this year, users will be able to save and share these prompts to inspire others on the team. In the future, a new Copilot Prompt Gallery app will be available in Microsoft 365, enabling users to explore full prompt collections across Copilot and agents in the new Prompts app available on Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft365.com.
