Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365: New Scheduled prompts feature

Microsoft 365 has added a new feature called Scheduled Prompts for Copilot that enables automated prompts at specific times in Teams, Office.com/chat, and Outlook. This feature requires a Copilot license and a Power Automate license, which can be managed by admins through the Optional Connected Experiences admin setting. This feature will be available to users between early to late October 2024, and it allows users to schedule Copilot prompts to run at specific times and frequencies. The Scheduled Prompts feature can be found by hovering over a prompt and selecting the "Save and activate" button.
Users need to ensure they have a Copilot license and a Standard Microsoft Power Automate license to use this feature. It is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 401124 and is expected to be rolled out worldwide in October 2024. Admins can manage the Scheduled Prompts feature through the Optional Connected Experiences admin setting, which is included by default. If admins prefer not to have this feature available for their organization, they can turn it off in the admin center.
Overall, this new feature makes it easier for users to automate Copilot prompts and schedule them at specific times and frequencies, improving productivity.
