Dynamics 365 Customer Service – Use proactive prompts and insights generated by Copilot

Dynamics 365 Customer Service users can now benefit from the use of proactive prompts and insights generated by Copilot, a feature that enables effortless discovery and prompting without manual typing. This feature, which is set for general availability on November 15, 2024, will offer contextual prompt starters, follow-up suggested prompts, discovery of plugins, and contextual awareness, including cases, conversations, and email context. It will also generate valuable insights for users, allowing for more efficient and effective customer service. The feature will be automatically enabled, unless users have previously opted out of Copilot. No action is required at this time, as this message serves only as an awareness message.
