Microsoft Viva: Viva Insights – New Business Chat prompts submitted through Teams
Microsoft Viva has recently added a new metric called 'Business Chat Prompts submitted through Teams' to the Copilot dashboard and Viva Insights Advanced insights. This enhancement helps in gathering feedback from Teams and is now available in the worldwide cloud instance of iOS. The release date for this update was in October CY2024. With this new feature, teams can now easily submit their prompts for Business Chat through Teams. This helps in improving communication within the organization.
