Microsoft 365 Copilot: Save prompts in Business Chat (BizChat) and Microsoft Copilot Lab
Microsoft 365 Copilot has announced a new feature that enables users to save and reuse prompts in Business Chat (BizChat). This feature will be available from mid-November 2024 and can be accessed through the Copilot Lab prompt browser or the Copilot Lab website. No admin action is required before the rollout, but a Microsoft 365 Copilot license is necessary to use this feature. Users will be able to share Microsoft prompts or saved Copilot prompts from BizChat by selecting the View prompts option. Administrators can export prompts that users have saved to manage data effectively. It is recommended to review the current configuration and notify users before the rollout. This feature is designed to make it easier for Microsoft 365 Copilot users to save and reuse prompts in BizChat without any hassles.
