Microsoft 365 Copilot: Share a Business Chat (BizChat) prompt with a co-worker

Microsoft 365 Copilot is introducing a new feature to enable users to share BizChat prompts via a link. This feature will be available to users who are licensed with Copilot and expected to roll out globally from late November 2024. Users can manage shared prompts on the Copilot Lab website, and admins can export these prompts. There is no admin action required before the rollout. With this new feature, users can share prompts easily in the form of a link to a co-worker in their tenant, allowing them to try it themselves.

Users can manage their shared prompts by logging into the Copilot Lab website and selecting Manage Access in the top right corner. The feature will be available by default to users who have a Copilot license, and the rollout will happen automatically by the specified date with no admin action required before the rollout. Administrators will be able to export prompts that users have shared. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation.
