Microsoft Teams: Meeting chat on Gallery, Large gallery, and Together mode for Teams Rooms on Windows
The latest release of Microsoft Teams enhances your conference room experience on Windows with the addition of a chat pane on the front display. This allows users to bring context to their meetings through view switcher by showing or hiding chat alongside meeting participants and content. Touch console in the room enables you to toggle chat pane's visibility on demand. The IT administrator can hide chat functionality if necessary, providing additional control. The feature will be generally available from December CY2022 and is available to the worldwide standard multi-tenant cloud instance of Microsoft Teams.
