Microsoft Teams: Improved View Switcher for Teams Rooms on Android
The Teams Rooms on Android Update 3 (2023) brings an improved view switcher and front of room display controls. This new interface provides more control to end users during a meeting and allows customizations such as chat visibility and meeting component display. The default number of panels and components can be configured using local device settings by IT admins. The rollout of this update is expected to be completed by mid-January 2024. It is recommended to notify users about this new experience and update relevant training and documentation accordingly.
