New Microsoft Outlook for Windows: Copy email as attachment is coming
In an upcoming roll-out of the new Microsoft Outlook for Windows, users will be able to easily copy an email and attach it to a new email. This feature will begin rolling out in mid-March 2024 and is expected to be complete by mid-April 2024. With this new feature, users will be able to send longer emails as attachments rather than copying and pasting the entire thread, making it more convenient. There's no action needed to prepare for the roll-out, but users should be notified of the change. However, this feature will not be available for emails marked "not forwardable."
Overall, the new Microsoft Outlook for Windows promises to make email management more efficient and user-friendly.
