Schedule Send Suggestions Available in Microsoft Teams Chat
Microsoft Teams has introduced a new feature for its chat function that allows users to schedule messages for delivery during recipients' working hours. "Schedule send suggestions" will become available as default on, allowing users to postpone message delivery until the start of the recipient's working hours. This feature aims to align message delivery with the working hours in each recipient's respective time zone, helping to avoid interruptions outside of working hours. Users with Viva Insights subscriptions get an unlimited number of scheduling suggestions for postponing message delivery to their coworkers. The feature is set to roll out from late February and is expected to complete by late March. Admin or users can disable the feature.
