Outlook: Stream videos can now be watched inline in Outlook
Outlook has rolled out a new feature that enables users to watch Stream videos inline in Outlook on the web and the new Outlook for Windows. This means that if someone pastes a Stream video link in a supported Outlook app and sends it to you, you can watch it directly in your inbox without leaving Outlook. However, recipients outside the organization and those not using the new Outlook or web will receive a link to the video which they can watch in the Stream web app, depending on the organization’s file sharing settings. This feature is currently in the Targeted Release phase and is expected to be released in December CY2023.
If you are an Outlook user, this new feature makes it easier and more convenient for you to watch Stream videos directly in your mailbox without navigating away. This feature will be rolled out gradually to different users, so you might not see it immediately. The post Outlook: Stream videos can now be watched inline in Outlook appeared first on M365 Admin.
